FLAVORS OF SAUDI DINING EXPERIENCE

Flavors of Saudi is a unique dining experience celebrating Saudi cuisine by representing the distinct historical and cultural features of each region through their unique flavors. A six course menu was developed in collaboration with Chef. Rakan Aloraifi. Along with developing the menu, we worked on training the chefs at Ithra to prepare these dishes and serve them for customers to enjoy.
